I know this off topic . I am looking for parts for a non race car. But since there are all sorts of car guys on this forum I am hopeful some one knows some one that may have parts.

I just bought a Fiat 600D Arbath for $1,000. 95% rust free and apart. But its missing the engine block. Engine disasemmbled I have head, crank pistons. But block has been misplaced.

So does any one know some one that has spare parts. ITs the 4 cyl version of the Fiat 500.. ( the 2 cyl)
Or maybe I need to talk to the GeoKnome guys and get an idea on how to do a motocycle engine conversion.

Thanks.

How the heck did you find that for such a nice price?! If I can track him down, the chap we bought Lorri's Mini from had a bunch of Fiat stuff in his basement. I'll PM you if I find something.

Great thanks.. the parts seems to be tricky to find.

I find great deals and unique cars here in FL.. Elderly people get put into retirment homes and need to get rid of projects..
I got my Citroen DS 21 the same way..

He lives in Florida -- he needs a car which can be driven with two of its tires shot off. :)

Contact Vick Autosports in Ft Worth. At one time they were the biggest Fiat/Alfa/Lancia parts dealer in the country.

There are interesting finds in FL. Of course when I last lived there I was a broke college chump. DS & ID, other cars I like a lot. Uncle drove Citroens until they stopped being imported then switched to Peugeots! Had an SM for short time that funded education. If that EMS, ID or DS is taking up too much space....

BTW, John Plankey, one of our frequent drivers has an import garage in Largo now run by his son.
