Hawks for our car are like $70 a set if I remember correctly.

We switched from Performance Friction pads on our miata to Hawks.  We did not see any difference in braking capability.  They don't last quite as long (but still more than two races, so we are not complaining) and they are a lot cheaper than the PF.  Hawk pad fans here.  Even put a set on my Cobra.

I screwed up and ordered Raybestos ST-41's for Sebring. Wore them out but then again, we couldn't downshift at all. Normally get several races out of the ST-43's. Love our blue Hawks on the rear!
