      BOD Nominations   10/03/2017

Emails have been sent to all current CCWS Members with a link to BOD nominations. Please check your email.   You will need to ask the person you're nominating for their current 2017 CCWS Member Number. Keep in mind that we will contact each nominee to make sure they are OK with being a candidate. You can't nominate yourself either (sorry). All nominations are due by November 3, 2017. To keep from having 574 different nominees, a nominee must be named by at least five members to qualify. We will compile all the nominations and put the top ten nominees on the November 10, 2017, ballot. Elections are over on December 10, 2017. We will announce the winners on December 13, 2017, and the two winners will take office January 1, 2018. How to get your current CCWS member number. Log into the CCWS event registration system. Your member number will be next to your name on the welcome screen. https://www.chumpcar.com/register/login.php Mike Chisek

Lots of work done to the bug, and still more to go.

Well?

You started a thread with "official" and "Sebring" in the title, I think we should just roll with this one. Unofficially of course ;)

Looking for a seat! I'll be working in Jacksonville the week before and after that race.

Contact Kevin at KSR racing in Gainesville.   He has always come to the Sebring races before and I would suspect we'll see him this time too.    Maybe you could go for back to back to back wins !!!    Their team is tough enough on that track, trust me !     :)

I'm there with two teams this year, our original 300ZX #407, and the new car that we're selling seats in as (mostly) a rental.

Anyone know if the Sebring event is really already capped? Get an error "Sorry, that event is full! If you contact your Regional.....". We already plan on reaching out, just wanted to see if anyone knew. Last I checked only 59 vehicles registered?

Doubtful, there's been 100+ cars at Sebring before.   Usually 80-95 though.

Our team captain figured out the problem. I think the  page was spitting out this response because we didn't have everyone in the new driver pool. I know last year there was over 100 cars registered, but remember something about it supposedly being "maxed out" at a number lower than what it was. Oh well.Lots of work to be ready for Sebring. Can't wait!

3 years of being snake bit has put a damper on that one for us. We are considering bringing one car in December. No walls involved in any of our Sebring adventures, Bill. Jerk..... :)
